Dominique Fredregill has over 35 years of experience coaching executives, managers and leaders in Fortune 500, start-up, non-profit, and education organizations.
She coaches executives to become extraordinary leaders, and teams to achieve phenomenal results. She partners with executives, managers, entrepreneurs and teams to develop their skills in: leadership, management, communication, organizational development, time management and productivity, strategic planning, talent development, and high-performance teaming.
Dominique assists leaders in examining what is making them most effective, and what is getting in the way of maximizing their own performance and that of their direct reports. Her style is action-oriented and Clients see immediate results from employing new strategies and approaches between sessions. Most importantly, Clients experience long-term shifts in their behavior which translate into real results.
Dominique grew up in Colorado where she actively participated in the growth of her own family’s business. She earned a B.A. in American Studies from Stanford University including additional coursework in business, economics, industrial engineering, and psychology. She went on to lead training and development at Franklin Templeton Mutual Funds and Charles Schwab as an internal Instructional Designer and Trainer. After extensive travel, she led teams as an Internal Executive Coach at Starbucks Coffee Company in the U.S. and U.K. She started her own coaching practice in 2002, and is a graduate of Corporate Coach University International.
Dominique resides with her husband, Blake, and their goofy dog in the San Francisco, CA Bay Area. Ask her about some of her passions: travel, live music, cooking, hiking, and anything that generates belly laughs.
